At Temod Tech, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all components included
  • Free from assembly, modification, or painting
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Opened adhesives, paints, or consumable materials (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@temodtech.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by Temod Tech

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or scales (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange an exchange following the same process as returns.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
