Order Tracking

Packaging
We take great care in packaging your miniature and delicate items. All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
